Handling your enquiry

GREENDUNE CONSULTING, 44 boulevard de la Libération, 94300 Vincennes, France, is the data controller. We use form information to understand your brief and reply to your enquiry, based on the consent you give when submitting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Information requested

Your name and email, occasion, budget, quantities, desired date and delivery area are used to handle your enquiry. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to submit the form. Your phone number and additional details are optional. A company name is requested for business enquiries.

Use and sharing

Information is processed to respond to your request for an introduction. Your details are not sold to a list of professionals. Before sharing them, we identify the proposed merchant and obtain your agreement. No general marketing or automatic newsletter subscription is planned.

Retention and hosting

Enquiries are kept while the project is active, then for no more than 12 months after closure or the last interaction, unless retention is legally required. Netlify provides hosting and forms; OVHcloud provides the Zimbra email service used for correspondence and notifications. Netlify may process data in the United States and in its subprocessors’ countries. Its data processing agreement provides for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for other relevant transfers. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, and withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr). Contact: bonjour@accorddevignes.fr

Cookies and analytics

This site does not include targeted advertising or advertising trackers. The form may record the visit source supplied in the link, such as a partner code, to understand where an enquiry came from. No personal form fields are saved in the browser.
