Yes. Introductions are free for you. Accord de Vignes may receive a commission from the merchant if an order is placed. You receive their quote and remain free to accept or decline it.
Do you sell or deliver the wine?
No. We introduce customers to wine professionals. Your chosen merchant handles advice, quotations, sales, payment and delivery, under the terms set out in their offer.
Can I enquire before all the details are decided?
Yes. A budget range, approximate quantities and an estimated delivery period are enough to get started. Tell us what is still to be confirmed.
Can I request personalised gifts or multiple delivery addresses?
You can include these requirements in your brief. Availability, pricing and lead times will be confirmed by the merchant in their quote.
