What is your budget
for wine gifts?

Choose your allowance per gift, including packaging and delivery. Get a total budget to discuss with the merchant.

The starting values are a calculation example, not a gift-box price.

Your total budget including tax1 500 €

30 gifts × €50 per gift

This is your intended budget. Wines, gift boxes, costs and feasibility will be confirmed in the merchant’s quote.

Three decisions to make first

1. Define your recipients

Distinguish client gifts, thank-you gifts for partners and gifts for your team. Recipients must be adults, and wine should suit their preferences. Tell the merchant about any alcohol-free requirements.

2. Set a complete budget

Specify the number of gift boxes and total budget, making clear whether it includes tax. Ask for wine, packaging, cards, personalisation and shipping to be itemised. This helps you check the final cost before ordering.

3. Choose how gifts will be delivered

A single delivery to your office and individual shipments to clients need different arrangements. Include the number of destinations, countries and desired receipt date. Do not upload a file of client contact details at this stage.

Keep this handy

Your brief in six points.

  • Number of gifts and preferred format
  • Total budget, tax basis and shipping allowance
  • Desired receipt date and destination countries
  • Single delivery or number of individual addresses
  • Cards, messages or personalisation
  • Preferences and alcohol-free requirements

Before you start

What if some details are undecided?

Estimated quantities and a budget range are enough to start. Tell us what still needs deciding. Our form accepts a flexible date; the merchant must then confirm availability and terms.

How should we plan the schedule?

Work back from your desired receipt date. Ask the merchant for deadlines for approving the quote, providing personalisation assets and submitting addresses. Confirm preparation and shipping times before paying. No universal schedule guarantees on-time delivery.

What should we check before accepting a quote?

Check product references, quantities, packaging, total cost, destinations, timing and substitution or delivery terms. Requested options should appear in the merchant’s offer. Accord de Vignes facilitates the introduction; the professional handles the quote and order directly.
