Client gifts: planning delivery to multiple addresses
Individual wine gift shipments: prepare delivery areas, shipping budgets and follow-up with your supplier.
Compare two arrangements
A delivery to your office lets your team hand out gifts. Individual shipments avoid redistribution, but require more preparation and destination-specific pricing. Include both scenarios in your brief if you have not yet decided.
Start with areas and quantities
For the initial enquiry, shipment counts, countries and main delivery areas are enough. Do not put your client address list in the form. Share detailed addresses directly with your chosen supplier using a method agreed with them.
Build the full cost
Allow for gifts, protective packaging, parcel preparation and each shipment. Ask about destination surcharges and undelivered parcels. A per-gift budget including shipping makes the initial brief easier to assess.
Plan the arrival date
Specify when recipients should receive their gifts. Confirm cut-offs for orders, messages and address lists. Timing depends on stock, preparation and destinations and must be confirmed in the offer.
Agree on follow-up
Before ordering, identify who provides tracking and handles incorrect addresses or breakage. Your selling supplier handles the order and delivery. Keep their offer and the agreed incident-handling terms.
